1. Time: The time it takes to complete a commission depends on the complexity and size of the piece. On average, once started, most commissions take between 1 and 3 months, sometimes less, but not often more. We will provide you with an estimated timeline and keep you updated throughout the process.

2. Deposits: At Vi's Valiant Effort, I take pride in creating unique and personalized art commissions for my customers. To secure a commission slot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Previous customers can provide the deposit once the sketch has been started, while new customers will need to provide the deposit upfront. Thank you for your interest and I am excited to bring your artistic vision to life!

3. Cost: I offer a range of custom paintings. Depending on the size, canvas type, and background you choose, the cost of your painting may vary. Let's have a chat and discuss your ideas so we can work together to create a beautiful piece of art that fits your budget.

4. Payment: Payment can be made via PayPal, Venmo, or Credit/Debit card, which will be set up shortly. If you are nearby, we accept cash or paper check, but we do not accept electronic checks. We are committed to providing you with the best service possible and a stress-free payment process.

5. Shipping:  Shipping costs are determined following the completion of the piece. Typically, shipping falls between $15 and $35 depending on the size and destination. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

6. Medium: Each piece is created with passion, precision, and high-quality acrylic paints. I ensure that each piece is varnished with an isolation coat, followed by a final layer of matte to gloss varnish for a luxurious finish, so your purchase will remain vibrant and perfect for years to come. 

7. Photos: I use reference photos to create beautiful custom pieces that bring your visions to life. Please email your photos to visvalianteffort@gmail.com and I will work with you to determine the best approach for your commission. Keep in mind that the quality of the image will determine whether I am able to accept your commission or if I will have to pass on the opportunity. Trust me to take your reference photos and turn them into something truly expressive and original.

8. Commissions: I offer custom commissions that are tailored to your unique vision. Please provide me with the size, number of subjects, complexity of the background, and stretched canvas vs. canvas panel preferences in your requests, along with any other special requests that you may have. With my expertise and personalized approach, you can trust that your commissioned piece will be a unique and beautiful addition to your home or collection.

9. Rush orders: We understand that sometimes time is of the essence. That’s why we offer a rush order option for those projects that need to be completed within a month or by a specific date. For an additional $200 rush order fee, your project will be prioritized for timely completion. Please note that this fee must be paid at the time of request, in addition to the 50% deposit.
